RULES for USE of the TRACK

Each member must check in at the appropriate secretarial box.

Adults. Present yourself with a valid FMI*** racing license or license (suitable for driving the vehicle you intend to use) in hand. Exemption from displaying a driving license for course attendees with a dedicated route or dedicated areas (therefore even just an identity card).

All minors (the minimum age required is 14 years of age with an FMI competitive license suitable for driving the vehicle they intend to drive; for those attending the free practice days on the track) must be accompanied by at least one parent (or person indicated with specific written authorization from both parents). Parents and/or companions cannot leave the facility until the end of the activities booked and carried out by the minor.

***Sport, racetrack and equivalent cards are not racing licences

Attention! For the Misano circuit it is necessary to have the FMI Sports card or higher, alternatively you can show a medical certificate of healthy and robust constitution for the attendance of non-competitive sports (valid).

Attention! For the Cremona circuit it is necessary to have at least RCT insurance. Ergo, if you do not have an FMI competitive license, FMI Sport card, ASI competitive license or ad hoc personal cover for the track, it is necessary to sign up for the circuit one.

Motorace is a Federmoto organizer nr O174.

Motorace is a Motoasi LOM-PV0335 organizer. Therefore, the insurance coverage provided through the FMI and Motoasi cards at racetracks with relative approval are valid.

It is strongly discouraged to practice motorsport without specific insurance. Remember that third party and DAMAGE insurance for your road motorbike has no value on the track (unless a specific extension has been stipulated).

> IN CASE OF RAIN, THE SCHEDULED SHIFT ARE CONSIDERED VALID AND ACTIVATED ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULED DAY PROGRAMME.

> THE PUBLISHED PROGRAM SHOULD ALWAYS BE CONSIDERED INDICATIVE. TIMES, SHIFTS, ETC MAY BE VARIED DURING THE COURSE OF WORK DUE TO FALLS, BAD WEATHER AND OTHER FACTORS WHICH MAKE IT NECESSARY, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ORGANIZER AND TRACK MANAGEMENT.

> IN THE EVENT OF A SLOPE STOP FOR MEDICAL AID OR CLEANING OF THE SAME FOLLOWING FALLS, THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING SHIFTS) REMAINS AS SPECIFIED. NO RECOVERIES ARE PROVIDED UNLESS ALREADY PROVIDED FOR BY THE PROGRAM.

> THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR VOUCHER FOR PARTIAL USE OF THE PURCHASED PACKAGE, WHATEVER THE REASON (MECHANICAL AND EQUIVALENT BREAKAGES, ILLNESSES, FALLS ETC ETC).

> CREDITS AND ENTRY ARE PERSONAL AND NON-ASFERABLE.
