Fill out the request for the card or license you want and send it to motoclub@motoracesport.com, together with the Motoclub membership and scan of the identity card, tax code non-competitive medical certificate for the Sports card (in the case of a competitive license the medical certificate must be of a competitive type and specific for speed motorcycling; the competitive license also includes a copy of the member card).
