PROTECTION GIVEN TO CERVESINA & CREMONA

1) Data protection must be requested and paid when booking online. It is not possible to request it at a later date.

2) It is valid and usable until check-in on the date of the event itself. After that, it loses effectiveness.

3) Only valid once. If you also want it for the event of a new booking, it must be specifically requested and re-paid.

4) Guarantees the recovery, not the refund, of the amount paid (net of the protection given itself and any pre-sale rights) which can be spent on future events, subject to new booking and available space, at the rates foreseen for the new booking date . Valid for 365 days from the date of non-use of the event.

5) To use data protection it is necessary to fill in the appropriate CREDITS USE FORM (click here).

6) It cannot be used for partial tickets not used during the day.

7) Presentation on the track is not mandatory. It is valid both for weather conditions and personal unexpected events.

8) Valid for all circuits included in the calendar. The credit is circular, i.e. it can be transferred from one track to another (on the dates scheduled in the Motorace calendar).

RAIN PROTECTION and DATA at MUGELLO & MISANO

DATE/EVENT PROTECTION €80/day MUGELLO (€70 in Misano)

The date/event protection guarantees the recovery of the registration fee for the day in case of non-participation as follows:

UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE the event Without particular reason, a credit equal to the entire participation fee will be recognized (excluding insurance).

EXAMPLE double day package + event bus and box: €829 - €160.00 = recoveries €669.00 FROM 15 DAYS TO THE SAME DAY of the event. Without particular reason, a credit equal to 90% of the participation fee will be recognized (excluding insurance)

EXAMPLE single paid holiday day €329.00: If I take advantage of the insurance up to the day of the event, a credit of €296 remains EXAMPLE double day package with event assistance and paid box space €829.00: If I take advantage of the insurance, I still have a credit of €602 Calculation: €829.00 - €160.00 (2-day event insurance) = €669.00 90% of €669.00 = €602

To activate the insurance it is necessary to communicate it at the time of booking and make a single payment including the registration fee for the day and the amount of the insurance. If for any reason the participant does not feel like entering the track, they are entitled to a voucher valid for 365 days from the date of issue. Clearly the insurance lapses once the participant signs the liability release, declaring that he accepts the conditions of the route and renounces any voucher. The recovery of the booked date must be agreed with the reservation manager and it will be possible to choose (at the customer's discretion but subject to availability of places) one of the subsequent free practice dates proposed in the calendar. The insurance payment allows you to recover the insured package ONCE. To take advantage of the insurance also for recovery it is necessary to pay the insurance fee again.

RAIN PROTECTION €65/day MUGELLO (€50 in Misano)

Rain protection allows you to recover the amount paid, excluding the cost of coverage and the 10% deductible, in at least TWO days within the two years following the date of the event considered in the event of a wet slope. all other cases cannot be activated. To take advantage of the rain insurance, both of the following conditions must exist: ⁃ driver present on the track on the morning of the event ⁃ track declared accessible with rain and/or treaded tires (therefore with a ban on access to slick tires) within the opening time entry into the first round of membership. The credit, reduced by 10%, will be recognized in the form of a voucher to be used in two installments within 2 years.
